In my understanding is that the Senegal President wanted to show his support to Haitians people by making an offer for Haitians who want to leave Haiti due to 2 weeks ago earthquake severed catastrophic that destroyed almost half of the country capital and other part of the country. I think that sounds interesting, but impossible to do.   First, a country land does matter for its people. Second,  economically speaking, Haitians people may not enjoy a much better life as they were in Haiti before the earthquake. Third,  be the boss of oneself and feel free is very important in a human life.
